Cant pick gun up, also cant load gun.
Dropped weapon on floor to eat, character wont eat the item, and now I cant pick the gun up off the floor.
Friends also experiencing similar issues.

Steps To Reproduce
Haven't managed to perfectly recreate it but many of us experience this issue, and it is usually only resolved by a server restart.
The gun (in acceptable condition) wont accept a mag, or shoots bullets through zombies. or cant pick it up off the floor.
