Since update 1.07, the wolf spawn rate at Tisy base has become ridiculously high. Over the last 5 sessions, I have encountered at least one wolf pack, often even two or three within one or two hours. Their insane frequency wouldn't even be too bad, if their AI behaviour wasn't so awkward: they always run straight towards the building, in which I camp, and keep running and growling at the closed gate. They will neither engage the zombies, which I occasionally even lure with gunshots to the wolves exact position, nor will they ever knock off their attack - even if they are shot at! Before the update, a wolf encounter was rare and creepy, now it is just trivial and annoying - please rework!
Here some humble suggestions for improvement:
- reset wolf spawn chance to 1.05 level - it was perfect!
- make wolves not directly reveal and run towards player's position, but let them first search random positions close to player's position
- give a small chance that wolves will not discover player, maybe influenced by his environment (building: high chance, bushes: smaller chance); this might give a good thrill!
- make wolves encircle a stationary player and slowly approach him growlingly; if he tries to run: the wolves would attack directly as they do now
- wolves should be frightened by attacks and gunshots; after being injured by a player or fired at (even without being hit) from a close distance, the affected wolf should flee for a brief period
