After about 10-15 minutes... or when handling guns, I attempt to combine ammo, after that the gun won’t reload... I can’t eat or interact with anything. But my hunger and thirst decay. I also can’t seem to kill animals In this state or build or combine anything

Steps To Reproduce
When attempting to load ammo into shotguns, I find that it always causes this issue.
Additional Information
I essentially can’t do anything but watch my hunger and thirst decay. When I log out of the server and then log back in to fix the issue the items I picked up during this period disappear. And any items I dropped reappear in my inventory
