Found a house, pistol on a shelf that I couldn't take to hands, couldn't move to backpack, equip or interact with in any way. Could see the item in vicinity when opening inventory, but couldn't do anything to get it.

Steps To Reproduce
Tan into house, tried to pick up or equip a spawned gun but had to leave it because there was no way to pick it up.
