Im not sure what has happened. But I will be running and randomly start bleeding. I will bandage with a rag and assume my task. But then I start bleeding again. Help.

Steps To Reproduce
I craft a rag use it, stop the bleeding. Carry on my way down a perfect road. Then start randomly bleeding again. I have logged out and back in to try and stop the glitch but it continues.
