Tool balancing should be looked into; most notably, the hatchet is currently more favorable than most other tools. Some suggestions:

• hammer should take significantly less damage when building (maybe also repairable with duct tape)
• splitting axe should be way better for tree felling than hatchet (e.g. durability/effect)
• introduction of carpenter's hammer and transfer of deconstruct feature from hatchet to carpenter's hammer
