I died through blood lost due to a cut which I didnt know Id got,
In normal day light hours when your losing blood the screen goes grey before you lose to much blood.
But when you wear night vision goggles the screen stays green.
If your losing blood then your vision goes grey regardless of wether your wearing night vision or not.
When this happen to me I dead with no warning, there was no unconsciousness, I just dropped dead like a head shot.
The log on the private server said It was blood lose death, plus it was clipped
