PS4 Quickslot Menu - (Circle) to combine does not work as intended

Description

Hello,

the button (Circle) is shown in the Quickslot Menu for the function "Combine", but it doesn't do anything. I guess that any tool in the quickslot menu shall be used opon what one holds in the hands, but unfortunately it does not work.

I have tested this with knives to make rags and to open cans.

Steps To Reproduce
  1. Put any tool (Best: knives) in the quickslot menu.
  2. Hold any textile or a can in your hands.
  3. Choose the tool from the quickslot menu with "combine" (circle).

One would expect to be able to craft rags or open a can now, like in the main menu, but it doesn't work.
