Sometimes after shooting a few rounds I will change to a fully loaded magazine. Then I'll go to reload the other magazine and nothing will happen. After relogging, the old magazine will still be in the gun. After this happens, the gun usually will become glitched and the magazine won't eject. Visually, the gun will show no magazine but when viewed from the inventory screen, it will show a magazine attached. Trying to fire the gun will only shoot the chambered bullet, however, double-tapping triangle will eject all bullets from the magazine.
