Items will sometimes randomly dissappesr from inventory. Items both looted from dead bodies and in environment. Sometimes picked up items won’t preform actions. Ie knives won’t cut or open cans. Using a knife against an infected will just punching noises.

Also putting knives in a sheath or taking it out will make a gun chambering sound.
