My character out of nowhere began throwing up every 5 feet from sickness. If I get sick I immediately die now due to all water and food draining from my character. To make matters worst it's almost impossible not to get sick whereas it seems any tiny minut little thing gets my character sick. The second my character becomes sick it's an immediate death sentence that I can't save them from.
