NVG cant be flipped down on the tactical helmet unless there is a universal flashlight on it and it has A battery in it.

Steps To Reproduce
Get a tactical helmet
Put just NVG on it with a battery
Don't put on the universal flashlight yet
Then try to flip it down it won't give you the option.
