When you restrain a player then kill them, afterwards you have to cut the restraints. When cutting the restraints is done and you bein to skin them, the server crashes after you complete the action. I guess when being killed while restrained then having the restraints cut, then being skined does something that makes the entire server crash. I did this twice and it crashed.

Steps To Reproduce
Kill a player while restrained then cut the restraints after they are dead.
Then begin to skin then.
Once you fully complete the skinning process the game will crash.
