In the town of Berezino in the center of town near the statue of the tank is a small one story stand-alone newsstand/store. There is a ladder on back near the back door next to a metal fence. If you try to climb the ladder to the one story roof when you get to top of ladder you can not get onto the roof. When trying to get on the roof you are pushed back onto the fence or back down to the ground. I tried several times and this bug repeated each time. Playing on XBOX 1.04 build with Xbox One X..
