I have been noticing framerate slow down or stuttering when in first person mode. When in first person mode if I zoom in with left bumper the game starts to stutter and slow down. This happens about 80% of the time whether I am in a city or out in the country side. It is not as bad as before build 1.0 but could still use some improvement.

Currently using 1.04 build on Xbox One X.
