I can't drink any of my drinks or open any off my cans of food to eat, when I hold R2 to drink the circle comes up but does not load fully. The only way to fix this is to leave the server and rejoin but there can be long queues to join certain servers. I've only been on my server for about 15 minutes before encountering this bug.
