Sometimes a friend will let me know he has dropped me some ammunition or some food and drink for me, but when I look at the ground below him there is nothing there and I ask if he has dropped it yet or not. But he has dropped it, it is just not showing up on my screen.

Steps To Reproduce
As this occurs randomly it is hard to reproduce at will.
But have a friend drop items for you regularly over a session of a couple hours.
And occasionally this item will not appear for you.
Additional Information
Maybe this bug is related to the bug where items become stuck in dead players inventory and you cannot loot it from them, there must be issues with how the game is updating the changes in a players inventory and how it is being updated for all other players on the server.

This happens to me very often. Or I'll grad something from a military tent but it looks like it is still there for my friend but he can't grab it.
