Must take torch to hand, turn it on/off then mount it to helmet manually

Steps To Reproduce
Mount Universal torch to tactical helmet, can't turn on/off
take helmet to hands, remove torch
drop/remove helmet from hands
add Universal torch to hand, turn on/off
equip torch to helmet
