Character wipe that had been alive sinve the 1.04 wipe. Very discouraging considering all that i had seen and done. Never would have thought the actual game itself would be the end of me. No. I had visions of honor..

Although this game at its core is like nothing ive ever seen or done before, it's going to be very hard to justify the 2 hours a day for the last 3ish weeks spent for nothing in return but a bare character to get home to. How often should we expect it? If its once a month or so then are the careful players being punished? Is there a way for us console players to back up our character data, say like a dayz companion app on the xbox that would sync amd somehow magically run on simpler yet more reliable servers? Just a thought. I know its tough making games, but this just isnt cool. Persistence shouldnt be circumstantial. Anyway, Thanks Bohemia.
