About 6 hours ago I logged off server NL 3981 (I’m sure) a couple of minutes before server restart. I then logged back on around 30 minutes later to find I had a brand new character in on the coast.
I tried logging into different servers too see if it had been fixed. The reason I delayed the complaint was in case I the issue fixed its self over time.

I’d like to see my character I had given back too me because I had a very well equipped that took a lot of effort to get. My Xbox gamer tag is “PearceyBhoy” if there’s anyway to reset back to the previous save that would be much appreciated as it took me hours to get him to where he was
I’ve noticed a lot of other players have had this issue and I’d expect it to be resolved as it’s not fair having to spend hours to become successful and then having it all taken away through some sort of glitch (I’m presuming).
