Many times while in a team, my friends drop items like ammo. I am unable to either see them, or pick them up, yet they can see and pick them up.
VERY frustrating this happens, especially when low on ammo and needing it to zurvive.

I have also come across times when I have a magazine with some ammo in it that I want to remove and add to another magazine that when pressing RT to unload the magazine it flashes once and never actually ends up removing the ammo from the magazine.
