Logged into my private server and the KA-M I have no longer has a mag in it but it shows that there is a 25 round mag in the gun. It will Fire once and will not fire anymore. Tried dropping the mag, moving it to my inventory, dropping the gun and taking the mag out while the gun is dropped. Nothing works.

Steps To Reproduce
I restarted my server once before and it happened then the whole server was having problems with picking up items and loading mags so I went ahead and restarted and it happened again.
