Hello Fellow DayZ Players/ DayZ Dev’s! I’ve Been Playing The New Update And Got NVG and The New KA’s And The Way I Use The Tactical Helmet With The Flashlight Is I Put It In My Hand Turn It On And Equip It, If You Do The Same With NVG And Do [HOLD] To Look Through and [Press] To turn on and re-equip it , it would fix the issue of not having enough buttons!
