Similar to a gun with a magazine but unable to remove it. I picked up a shovel and proceeded to add it to my second shoulder. (First was taken by a BK-18) and i immediately pressed A right afterwards on my first shoulder accidentally. Now the shovel is stuck on my second shoulder and is unable to be removed. The icon is not there either.

Seems to be no fix, tried to equip a second rifle on the second shoulder, didn’t give me the option to do so.
