Every time I encounter a zombie and it starts to charge at me it starts to glitch and jump around. It will look as if it's 10 feet away but I'm still being hit. I try to fight back but usually end up dying because idk where the zombie really is. On the off-chance I kill it the glitch stops as soon as the zombie hits the ground

It doesn't matter the time of day or weather in the game. It just happens every time they charge. Also they appear to go through my body sometimes when they charge me
