There are a couple of very glaring issues with inventory management. For one, items that I attempt to move from my hands/environment to my inventory will sometimes disappear. They eventually show back up, but sometimes it doesn't happen for hours. Also, if I have too many items in my inventory, the game will not display them. I have not been able to find a work around and simply have to wait for the game to decide to show me everything in my backpack, for instance. It happens with jackets, vests, backpacks, etc.
