All major bases empty- no loot or guns. Not sure if the loot isn’t respawning fast enough or what. Military base troitskoe and airfield both empty. Playing on St. Louis public server.

EDIT: server restart and nothing but sks. Like 3 in a room. I didn’t run all the way across the map and brave the tisy military base for rifles that spawn in tier 2 loot areas.
