Everytime i go out looting for better gear, i pick up one item and then the other disappears from my inventory. My friends have had the same issues. The items come back after relogging but it is then sometimes glitched (not being able to drop, pick up or be interacted with) but we cant be bothered cause of the 20+ queue position.
