Player Character is always shown with the sick icon after only playing 20 min and cant consume food or water to full, Character vomits and loses both water and food. Both vitamins and medication do not seem to help or cure it, Also other players and friends have the same problems of getting sick and not doing anything notable to get sick. All got sick on our own before meeting in game.
