While walking around I will just start bleeding for no reason, I will use a sewing kit to stitch it up but seconds later I will start bleeding again same goes for rags and bandages. This bug needs to be fixed since it makes the game unplayable when you have to treat a wound every 2 minuets.

Have you tried seeing if your shoes are Pristine, Worn, Damaged or Badly Damaged. If your shoes are Ruined then you will bleed. Jusr asking this since you said you bleed when you walk so it could be a reason and plus its also a new feature for shoes to loose its quality. Let me know if it is the shoes.
