The new server spawning is awful its ridiculous yo try to find your friends every time you log into a server makes it impossible to get any kind of progress in the game please fix this somehow

I agree. They should be removed, you have to play at night even when you can't see, chat to your friends but not play with them unless you feel like you want to walk all those miles again to get to the same spot you already were... Such a pathetic way to "stop" looting...
Server hopping is different to switching servers... And their way doesn't differentiate... Personally, switch server wait should be 90 seconds, switch server again, 180 second wait, switch again 360 seconds etc. That'll stop server hoppers more than random spawns, IMO
