Radios are Bugged. You can Hear the people on that channel after the Radios are off, Even with the Pack radios. Also Had a Bugged with a player that we were talking in game chat still, he was at green mountain, I was at NWAF.

Steps To Reproduce
We had 2 hand held radios and a Pack radio. We had them all on at the same time, talked to people on the channel and shut off radios. Then we could still talk to them in game chat without the Need for the Radio being turned on. We re-logged and was able to reproduce it by using the pack radio along with hand held radio.
