many items are able to be sen in the inventory screen but you can not move them to character inventory or to hand. back pack, sewing kits, rags,. knives some are from when you drop item from character inventory you can not pick them back up again. others are items you come across that you can pick up at all

Steps To Reproduce
drop item from inventory. try to pick it back up to hands or to inventory.

players next to my character can not see items or can not pick them up. then i can not pick them up either. happens in open field and in buildings.
