Every time I click on a server to join it freezes then takes me to the sign in window and does it all over again, resetting the game or Xbox does not do anything. Also clearing save data doesn't do anything either. I literally can not join any server

Xbox one old black console, up to date with everything. Unable to join any server, everyone I click on a server itself to join it freezes and goes sign into profile although I am already signed in. I click on the profile to then go join server and click on a server again and it does it all over again. Doesn't matter if I rest the game it still does it. Same when I reset the Xbox still no change.
