I was trying to use the quickbar and the inventory to organize myself until I managed to stuck my character with my FX-45 in my hand (not hands). The other arm was gone somewhere behind me. A couple of minutes after I had the same bug once again but I was holding anything this time.

The only solution I have found was to drop my pistol... However when I was only with my fist I have no clue how I manage to unstuck myslef
