I cannot plant potatoes. When prompted to press RT to plant, the animation occurs but it does not leave my hand.

Steps To Reproduce
Create a dirt plot with shovel.
Put potato in hands.
Walk up to plot, and await text box that says "Plant (RT)"
Press RT.
Additional Information
I would like to plant potatoes. Baked potatoes are delicious.
