I was looting a military outpost with my friends. We were going around the outskirts of Military base troitskoe, looting the guard towers around the perimeter. We heard wolves so we all grabbed out our weapons and climbed up a guard tower. After a little bit we didn't hear the wolves anymore and continued our looting. I didn't put my gun away after that. At one point we aall stopped to organize our inventory. I dropped a few items including a firewood, an mp5 mag and a few other things. When I tried to pick the magazine back up I couldn't and realized that I couldn't pick or drop anything up. So I left the server and came back. When I left the server I still had my ump in my hands and when I was in the main menu I still had the ump in my hands. But when I loaded back in it was gone.
