When inventory does not have enough space for an item viewed via the inventory/vicinity menu, hovering over an item does not bring up the description forcing you to drop something in order to get it in your hands or inventory to be able to check the condition and what it is. Can be valuable seconds lost in a tense situation.

Steps To Reproduce
Full inventory slots and highlight an item via the vacinity menu, the description box will not appear.

I set priority to high as i find losing the seconds fluffing around with your inventory while in a hostile area a unnecessary disadvantage as you would be able to see if a item of clothing is wrecked at a glance, besides with the space in your pack you can see it without picking up
