I am able to run when i log into the game but after running out of stamina a few times it fails to run. My stamina is low due to having alot of gear but this has only just started happening. I have the plate carrier and a field backpack on. After logging out and back in it does the same, lets me run a little, i wait for stamina to refill and it fails to run again.
