I had duct tape in my hands, trying to repair my pants. After the animation stopped, I noticed my duct tape's status bar hadn't gone down at all, so I tried to open my inventory screen, but it wouldn't come up. It let my punch my buddy with duct tape in hand but no inventory access. I tried logging out and back into the same server, but as I logged out, my buddy said my character "flopped over". When logging back in, I respawned on the opposite corner of the map with a new character.
