If you have ANY Weapon in your Hands(USG for example) and someone ties you down with Handcuffs or TAPE (happens with both) you cant reload the Magazin anymore and also cant shoot (doesnt matter if the gun is fully loaded)

Steps To Reproduce
You have a fully loaded USG in your hand and the other Player is putting handcuffs on you.... breack out of the handcuffs... take the USG and you cant shoot anymore, no reload and you cand take the magazine out of the gun...
Additional Information
It works with Handcuffs, TAPE, (didnt tried it with rope) and it also is not only the USG also many other guns.
