Steps To Reproduce
Put on a large field backpack and have full capacity with other areas of holding items such as pants, vest, etc. The Large field backpack in my case is almost full but not. Once you run the meter all the way down, you are unable to run again once it becomes full.

Please help me run again. I can't play the game because I'm unable to run with the large field backpack. I finally found a great backpack but can't play. Even when you hit a zombie you can't run after beating it up.
