I tried this on various servers. It seems that everything on the stranded ship - floors, doors, and anything you can interact with - brings up the "wash hands" prompt. Ladders brought it up too, though there I could also select "get on". All doors were impossible to open, and were treated as hand washing spots in stead. When I left the ship and returned to a village the problem did not occur. Tried to re-log. tried restarting the game. Issue persisted.
