When I use the silencer in my weapons to kill zombies in Dayz alerts all the nearby Zombies, Is that normal?

Since is an Silencer accessory it shouldn't alert all the nearby zombies when shot one.

With any kind of weapon if you shoot a bullet with the silencer equipped, you get swarmed by the zombies as the same when not equipped.
