This is the first time I’ve encountered this bug. I died and respawned, every 5 minutes I’d randomally get cut and start bleeding. I logged out and logged back in and it still happened. To the conclusion, I killed myself and it fixed it. Luckily I wasn’t far in with any items of quality, Nevertheless it’s something that needs addressed.
