So I finally got a vehicle after all the times the parts kept coming up missing out my inventory. I was driving in the center of the road. The car had no doors because they will not shut once in it so I took them off. The game froze then said I was dead. I went back to the spot took me 10mins to get back it was dark so I doubt anyone else took the car but it was gone none the less.
