So I built a gate and walls and am trying to put the gate lock on. It allowed me to attach the lock the first time, but then I took it off to see if the code worked and now it won’t let me put it back on. The lock is in pristine condition. It’s been two days, I’ve had two other friends try to put it on as well with no luck. It is seems persistent through time and permanent. The only thing I can think of is trying a new lock to by pass it, but once I take it off the gate I have a feeling it will repeat the issue.
