I have an AK with a 4x scope and a night vision scope that I switch back and fourth between. In all of the servers I have played (primarily US servers but it seems to persist through all of them). When I go into first person it takes up to 10 seconds for my scope to render in the actual image of the game rather than a grey circle within it that blocks the whole scope. The same happens with ACOGs on M4s as well. This seriously makes combat difficult. I have been on several ambushes in electro where players are stopping for brief moments to loot and I miss a chance at a shot because I can’t see through my scope
