If you Handcuff someone who has a Gun their Hands it will totally break their weapon after they struggle out or you free them. The Gun will act like its empty, even though there's clearly a Mag inside. You also cannot remove the magazine.

- Let the Person struggle out or free them from the handcuffs.
- The Gun they had in their Hands is now broken.
