Hello,

There is no way for me to see if a server I am about to run is running at day or night.

I am completely new to the game and I don't want to start off by playing at night time as it is too difficult for me.

I also heard that a server is meant to replicate the actual time of day and weather depending on where the server is located, is that true?
If so, when its summer time it's broad daylight at 8am in real life, but pitch black in the game..
And in Sweden, when its 2am during summer, it's not dark outside anymore. But in the game it will probably be pitch black.

Any thoughts on how the day time cycle works?
